Turo is a terrible scam company. They don't help if you have been scammed by their suppliers and they say you have to pay $200 to apply for arbitration before they will speak to you.
As with any dodgy company it is fine if you don't have any issues, but if you do then this company is not worth dealing with. Do not use these scammers.
