Tours customer service is by far the worst ever 85 % of the customer service barley speaks English they lie make up stories the have absolutely no clue each customer service rep comes up with there own version of the solution the tell thing will be escalated another department and they will call you back shortly NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK its Game they play to get you off the phone the owe me days and credit even one of there reps even said the likely hood of me getting my credit or my free days is zero terrible terrible customer service
