As a car owner, I would NOT recommend listing your car on TURO nor renting through them. I had a horrible experience with a renter who scammed me and they refused to help me and allowed him to rip me off. Any company allowing that to happen, can't be trusted. I would assume they also won't help a renter who is scammed.
Their customer service is appalling.
