Booked a car at the Minneapolis airport six weeks in advance. Tried to reach out to the host after we landed to find out where the car was located. Received no response via text phone or through the app. Called customer service. They said will give you a full refund. Unfortunately, the timing could not be worse, they also said it will take five days from my $400 refund. The worst service I’ve ever had in my life.
