If I could give zero stars, I would. They are a pro-host and not pro guest company. Be aware of illegitimate charges and claims by the hosts as well as Turo. After renting a car from Turo for one day, I was charged over $1000 for scuff marks and paint scratches under the front bumper (see photo) which I did not cause. I also don't take pre or post trip photos of under the vehicle!! I would never use this platform to rent a car again! Just horrible!
