No customer service except a chat line. It doesn’t resolve anything.
Beware of renting!!!! They charge you for a rental when you book, then they cancel saying your licence isn’t approved and then charge you a cancellation fee. I’m still trying to get my money back and I didn’t even rent a vehicle.
