I have Tro before and when the host had a problem they sent another car.
I was in FtLauderdale on spring break.
My car was in an accident and wasn’t available to pickup.
So get me another… it’s happened before
NO.. they cancelled my reservation and didn’t give me any answers best was they didn’t tell me until my plane landed.
All the other car places were out of cars because it was spring break.
I WILL NEVER GET A CAR FROM THEM EVER!!!!
