I've tried to rent a car through Turo twice and both times the rental was cancelled with no explanation. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone from Turo to find out why the rentals were cancelled or to discuss a new rental.
I wasted a great deal of time registering on the Turo website. Now I can't
use their service because I can't be sure that the rental won't be cancelled at the last minute. Also, I can't reach anyone to discuss this problem.
