Turo is terrible with their customers. I rented a car for a vacation, got pulled by a police officer because the tags of the car were expired for 8 months. Turo didn’t care and neither the host to replace the car, created lots of stress during what supposed to be a relaxing time. Their customer service is all overseas and most of the time it is difficult to understand the language.
Terrible company and terrible Hosts!
