BEWARE! Turo sounds like a good concept but there are no back up vehicles if yours breaks down.
Host, William Burch, was terrible. If he answered me it took hours. The worse was when he informed me the day before my trip that my car had no air conditioning! He was waiting on parts from out of the U.S. He could've gone to the local Fiat dealer and purchased the parts.
