Renters beware! When the host cancels your rental 2 hours before pickup time, it basically ruins your trip.
It's all within the rules too. $50 charge for the host unless they're an all star, in which case no charge. With the reduced traffic, Turo let's just about anyone be an all star, so you can see where that's going.
Good luck, but if you're trip hinges on the rental, I'd recommend skipping Turo so you're not left out in the cold (or heat).
