Will not ever use Turo again. I have used them before and things went very smooth and were easy. However, we used Turo in Omaha and had told the owner when our flight landed and was taking off, apparently we needed to change this time with turo but no one told us and the owner knew what was happening. turo then charged us an additional $100 for this stupid technicality of an hour of time. In addition to that we gave the owner a large convenience by shuttling to the airport which allowed them to pick up the car at a hotel not at the airport...no concession anywhere for this concession on our part. I appealed the decision and they denied it. I also cannot leave a bad review because the decision on appeal occurred after the time window for the review. I am sure Turo does this to prevent a bad review when one is clearly warranted. They lost a customer for life and I will only say bad things about them to anyone asking about Turo.
