The first time I rented from Turo, everything worked out. Between the web site navigation and the individual from whom I rented the vehicle, there were no surprises. That experience was 5-star. I just signed up for my second car rental through Turo. This time, the advertised price of $69.00 was suddenly $95.81 at checkout. Bait and switch. Surprise! We'll see how it works out when I drive the car; I'm still going through with it, but only because the pick-up location is walking distance from home.
