As a new Turo customer, the car (BMW i8) I rented from “Perfect 10 R.” was a huge disappointment.
The car was filthy inside and out, with a horrible mix of cologne and cigarette smell that made the ride unbearable. The vehicle had numerous scratches, clearly showing a lack of maintenance. To top it off, the host showed no empathy when I raised these issues. I expected better, but this experience was far from it. This was a surprise for my wife’s 50th birthday. Would not recommend this host.
