Rent a Car in Birmingham, United Kingdowm (UK) Worst experience
It was a worst experience as TURO Provided cars without road tax paid status and valid MOT status (illegal to drive/ it’s an offence to drive a vehicle on a public road in the UK without valid road tax).
Those cars listed on TURO website are untaxed and MOT expired status. Customer care stationed outside UK worsen the situation. End result :- cancelled 3-days trip and lost all booked hotel/ activities ticket expenses.
