Absolutely disgusting service and behavior.
Could not extend my trip on the App, wanted to pay in advance but couldn’t - so they send a tilt tray truck to pick the car up at 10.45pm on a Sunday night, waking up my 92 year old Mother. They then charged me $120 for it! Absolutely disgusting behavior and work ethic - NEVER NEVER use Turo for car hire - EVER!
