Absolutely ridiculous.
#1. Their cut on your car rental is extortionate.
#2. I unlisted my car. They relisted it anyway and I had a surprise visitor.
#3. I cancelled the reservation. They said I needed to attend a webinar before theyw would relist is. OK Great. I never attended the seminar. They relisted the car anyway.
#4. Another unscheduled un-notified guest showed up.
#5. I closed my account. These people are idiots.
Get a standard rental car. Turo is a waste of time and effort.
