They canceled my car due to maintenance issues less than 24 hours when I was supposed to receive it. They said it was a maintenance issue and offered me $50 in credit towards the next car purchase. I had told them we’ve looked everywhere in the vicinity and there wasn’t a rental car available in it 200 mile radius due to it being peak season. When I told them this was unacceptable they hung up the phone on me. We were really lucky that Family was able to find us a car to borrow otherwise we would’ve been SOL .
They then called me back more than a week later after our trip had already ended acting like they were concerned and again offered me $50 in credit towards my next purchase. Horrible, horrible, horrible company, horrible horrible experience. Above all, they don’t let you rate your experience if you haven’t actually received the car they do this on purpose because apparently this happens a lot.
