Turo has no support for residents when impacted by someone that rents cars through Turo, but parks the cars on residential streets. I have complained about a renter for 3 months (today there are 6 cars parked) violating their Good Neighbor
policy and nothing has changed. They don’t even respond to my reports anymore.
There is no accountability and this company negatively impacts our community. They deserve zero stars and should be getting fined. Disgraceful lack of customer service.
