I am so thankful to have seen these reviews. I just had the worst experience of my life (37) dealing with this company Turo. I thought I was losing my mind or that I'd lost my patience.
After calling Turo to just change a "primary driver" to a different person. They kept me on the phone for 3.5 hours. At the 3hr mark when nothing had been resolved yet, I started to lose my cool and I told the agent to not put me on hold. I did say "this is completely unacceptable and ridiculous. We are just changing a name."
When the agent came back, he told me that we were banned from using Turo. Luckily I am already in contact with the host and plan to go direct.
