I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Turo compels me to warn others. The customer service is abysmal—unresponsive, unhelpful, and seemingly indifferent to customer concerns. I was passed from one representative to another, each time having to repeat my issue, with no resolution in sight.
The hosts are unreliable and often change terms without notice. In my case, the host altered the pickup location last minute, causing significant inconvenience.

The entire operation feels shady. Hidden fees, last-minute cancellations, and a lack of accountability seem to be the norm.
I wish I could give zero stars. This was, without a doubt, the worst rental experience I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and choose a reputable rental company. Turo is not worth the risk.
