I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Turo compels me to warn others. The customer service is abysmal—unresponsive, unhelpful, and seemingly indifferent to customer concerns. I was passed from one representative to another, each time having to repeat my issue, with no resolution in sight. ​ The hosts are unreliable and often change terms without notice. In my case, the host altered the pickup location last minute, causing significant inconvenience. ​ Tripadvisor The entire operation feels shady. Hidden fees, last-minute cancellations, and a lack of accountability seem to be the norm. ​ I wish I could give zero stars. This was, without a doubt, the worst rental experience I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and choose a reputable rental company. Turo is not worth the risk.​
