turo has horrible customer service. we had a nightmare of a trip with a host and his car and they just side with the host & pulled a payment from my card that i DID NOT authorize & did NOT receive my reimbursement for coolant i had to buy for his car. yet the host can keep his car on the website with it overheating and leaking oil and barely able to function after almost leaving us stranded in the middle
of the night. just terrible.
