Turo is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They are quick to take your money but completely vanish when there’s a problem. I had an issue that required speaking with a manager, and after three weeks, still no call back—just empty promises and radio silence. Their customer service is a total joke—unresponsive, dismissive, and borderline negligent. It feels like they just steal your money and hope you give up trying to get it back.
Save yourself the frustration and go with a reputable rental company. Turo is not worth the headache. Never again.
