Terrible experience!!!
Returned the car 9 minutes late and receive an email the next day that I was 37 minutes late and additional charges over $70. This was my first time using Turo and will be my last. I recommend going through other membership to rent a car with more certainty and complete service, like Costco or travel credit cards.
Turo car owners expect you to vacuum and wash the car, unlike a rental car agency.
All around poor experience and absurd expectations, never again!!!!!
