Wish I had read reviews before booking an appointment. We had 194 channels before they arrived when they left we had 75!!!.Plus we were told it would cost over £600 to increase the quality of the reception but not guaranteed. Our reception is now so poor we cannot watch ANY channels, what on earth were they doing?? They obviously sabotage your existing equipment to gain your business. We are pensioners and have clearly been ripped off absolutely disgusted with this firm.
