Working with Seif has been great so far, though I've only been part of one investment prior to COVID putting a close on summer plans. I find Sief's responsiveness, clarity, and patience to be a huge plus (I'm sure answering a million questions from wavering first-time investors can be a challenge). The feedback I'd give for improvement is to purposefully disclose potential pitfalls of each investment (and can be paired with plans to address those pitfalls); as the old adage goes, "no investment is a sure thing", so it would be both reassuring and informative to understand the risks from your perspective, what you're looking out for, plans to address it, etc. Overall, haven't seen my first returns yet, but so far has been a positive experience, and will look to keep it going!
