“The whole reason I started investing into STRs in the first place was to become financially independent, quit my day job, and have more time with my wife and kids. I currently have six STRs, and my first five deliver about 10% CoC on average, which is great. But, the amount of time it took to find each property and go through the acquisition process, stage the property, and get the listing ready on Airbnb took all of my time. But my sixth property that I purchased with them is trending nearly double my own. If there’s any feedback, it would be to 100% use them for management. I can’t imagine not doing so lol. They make it easy!”

“When we acquired our first STR property a couple months ago, we didn’t know what we were in for. We weren’t really sure how to design our property to make it “Airbnb friendly,” and after reading some articles on how design can make or break your STR, we were starting to freak out a bit. Luckily, a friend recommended Superhost Labs to us. Superhost Labs was quick and efficient, which allowed us to launch a few weeks earlier than we even anticipated! So far, their property management team has been amazing as well and we’re making more than we even expected. Nice for a change! We’re actually saving up to try their Airbnb in a Box program for our second STR to take away the stress of actually having to look for our own Airbnb. Highly recommend!”
