Radio delivered promptly, but failed within a week. Rather than replace, TW sent me to Bosch Professional for a warranty claim. Bosch were efficient in picking the machine up and saying a replacement would be with me in 3-5 days. A week later, Bosch tell me they are now waiting on stock so I have no idea when a replacement is coming. Next time I’ll probably go to a dealer with a better returns policy. :-(
