Mixer paddle arrived damaged - TWW were good they sent out a new one.
The logo sticker on the mixer fell off. This is not really TWW's fault but I've asked for their advice on sticking it back on.
I would definitely consider ordering from them again as very response and no quibbles sending out replacments.
Shame about the label on the mixer.
