First time I've purchased from this company. On day I place my order, I received email to say goods had been despatched, but 8 days later goods had not arrived so I emailed the company. Received a personal phone call next day with genuine apology and full explanation for regrettable delay. Goods then arrived as promised the very next day. The mark of a good/excellent company is not that they never make mistakes, it's that they immediately take action to resolve problems. I am very pleased with this company and would it hesitate to deal with them again.
