It does not matter how you contact TW, in person or via phone, you get a result. If they do not have it but stock it they are ready to order it in. As I am near retiring age I can remember shops in Burton on Trent like Harlows, Baker Bros and Livens who no matter what you asked for could walk to the exact spot in the store and find it. TW are an updated version of that service. They are, and I hope will carry on being, an exception to the rule these days simply by giving a service far better than there competitors.. Long may they prosper.
