Recently bought a Makita Drill online, next day delivery well packaged, did have a problem when it arrived on the case stated 3 batteries a bit confused and tried to contact them on their web site via email but not received as there was problems on their web site. Since spoken to them and all sorted now, pleased with outcome, found out that they were just trying to help customers to get a good deal which I think I did, thank you guys. (Will use again)
