In spite of a small mix up on the order, the company was responsive and communicative and put things right in next to no time. The goods, a Bulldog lawn edging knife, a garden fork and a digging spade, plus other gardening bits and bobs lived up to the promise of being well-made (the way hand tools used to be made in the past to last a lifetime, not just a season). Many thanks to the staff who have been helpful and efficient in their job. Can't recommend highly enough!
