Bought a Combi Power Drill kit - great price and delivery was quick, but the battery charger was faulty (the maker's fault, not TW s). Rang up TW and James Palmer couldn't be more helpful. Sent the faulty charger back and received a working replacement by return (with a 'phone call to let me know it was on its way). This is the sort of customer service we need when something goes amiss. Would definitely buy from TW again. Well done James!
