I Don't use the store that often as the things it sells are not my main trade and I use a specialist supplier for that, however for power tools , fixings , sealants and work ware they are great and always a smile happy to help you and discus options at length, if you can't find something in store they will go fetch it for you or get one from the stock room. all in all more helpful than a lot of suppliers I have used.
