Since Simple Health (who I never had the slightest issue with) has been taken over by Twenty-Eight Health, I have stopped receiving my prescription. I am also unable to reach ANYONE. You can only reach them by text or email, and they don’t respond. Maybe their brand name stands for the days they wait to reply to your messages?
They’re horrible.
