“When my old birth control provider was going out of business, I was referred to Twentyeight Health to continue helping me with my birth control needs. I've been so happy since as I always have received my birth control before running out, and it's really easy to check the status of when I will receive my next set of packs. Whenever I have an issue, the support team is always able to answer my questions right away, and if I need to send an email instead, they respond back as soon as they are online again. Most recently I was worried about an issue with my bc coming later than usual, and Mel was able to help me get more information on my order and reassure me that it was going to arrive on time - which it did! “Before using Twentyeight Health, I used Nurx exclusively to get my birth control. I was paying $90 every 6 months or $15/month to have my birth control shipped to my house. I used Nurx for roughly 2 years before switching to Twentyeight Health and I am so glad that I did. I now pay $12.99/month for their service and my birth control is free because they accept my health insurance! They are extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful, especially Ana. A couple days ago, I needed to switch my birth control brand and Ana was more than happy to send the request to my doctor for me! Both Ana and my doctor responded almost immediately which is something that would have taken much longer if I was still using Nurx. Thank you so much Ana and the rest of the team at Twentyeight Health! Thank you for making birth control so affordable and accessible for women!”
