I've been so happy since as I always have received my birth control before running out, and it's really easy to check the status of when I will receive my next set of packs. Whenever I have an issue, the support team is always able to answer my questions right away, and if I need to send an email instead, they respond back as soon as they are online again. Most recently I was worried about an issue with my bc coming later than usual, and Mel was able to help me get more information on my order and reassure me that it was going to arrive on time - which it did! “Twenty eight health has been a big help in supplying me my birth control. Sometimes a little delayed response but not over 48hours delayed. They are within 24-48hrs. Everyone was polite and professional in helping me to find a code for my yearly supply. Unfortunately, they dont have weight loss services/providers in my current state and its so difficult to find a Medicaid license provider that will do a PA for medicaid telehealth as even an established patient. Hopefully they will offer more services in the future for a variety of symptoms like colds and flu, infections, migraines, and more. Tely rx is a good place for that but prices for diabetes injections are still so high without insurance. I appreciate everything twenty eight health has done for me over the past 3 years! Thanks for all your help and thorough explanations of where to look for this and that with direct links provided for quick access. Yall rock and keep helping communities . We need you!”

Daniela from Care Team was able to identify all my questions in one setting and made the whole process really efficient. “I have been a member of TwentyEight Health for the last 4 years. I travel A LOT for work so being able to ship my birth control in multiple packs and not just month to month has been a lifesaver. I'm never "almost running out" and previously my local pharmacy was not good about ordering my birth control prior to running out and inevitably I would be without it for 5-6 days which caused a whole host of issues, as anyone who has been on birth control for any length of time can testify to. TwentyEight health has been amazing about making sure this NEVER happens. They email and touch base if there is a concern or issue and often touch base just to make sure I'm still happy with their service. Recently I went through a HUGE life change & as such there was a miscommunication about my medication dispensing but Marilu handled it quickly, proficiently and professionally. While everyone that I have spoken to in the last 4 years has truly been awesome, Marilu was able to take care of me and followed up to make sure everything had been taken care of. I was disappointed when I found out my health insurance does not cover birth control due to my job being a catholic agency, the agency blocked it. 28 pharmacy makes the BC affordable & easy to obtain.
