I am very grateful to Twentyeight Health. My doctor left her practice here in town and you guys have made it very easy to continue to get birth control, which I'm very grateful for. Their customer service is quick to reply when you have any issues, and they are always quick to solve any problems which I appreciate.

I was forced to use them for a short amount of time after The Pill Club closed. They didn't offer service in my state, but I was still automatically transferred over since they might some day. That didn't make any sense to me so I ended my "membership" (it was difficult, but I don't remember specifics). I left a review on another site with my bad experience and they tried to have it removed even though everything I said was accurate to my experience. It was not removed. To this day, SEVERAL YEARS LATER, I still receive spam from them even though I have unsubscribed several dozen times, and have contacted them about this problem too. I now use a cheaper service that actually cares about women's health, is actually offered in my state, and doesn't ONLY care about money.

There should be a ZERO option. Awful awful communication and customer service, and they only respond through text or email. I signed up to receive birth control, and was never messaged with a follow up. I honestly forgot all about this company because of the zero engagement until I saw that I was billed $12.99 for a subscription fee. Keep in mind, I have not even signed in once since signing up so I'm so confused what trial they even offer since no one even contacted me. When I emailed, the person "Jay" was very passive aggressive and said she cannot offer me a refund because I agreed to be charged. Never once have I ever received such terrible customer service from a company, and this is supposed to be some woman liberation "woke" company that's sooo with the times.

They say it’s free but you pay for a subscription like every other place does. So don’t believe that you don’t have to pay anything for birth control. It’s a line of BS.

If there was a negative number I would give it to them! I've been waiting for my birth control to be delivered for a week and half. All I've been given is emails that are sent out as mass emails to pretend that they're going to help and I've received zero calls zero text zero emails with a result to receiving my prescription this company is the worst at customer service the worst at being customer friendly because no one answers you don't ever listen or hear a live human on the other end of the phone! Go to another company that doesn't lie, ignore and doesn't care about your health. I have a severe menstrual period that has me bed bound if I don't have my birth control patch.

I have been with Twentyeight Health for about a year now. In that time, I've had multiple questions, needed refills ASAP, gotten emergency contraceptive methods, and so much more. I'm a busy toddler mom that works from home and homeschools, and having my medication sent to me always takes the strain off. If I could get ALL my medications from Twentyeight, I would recommend it. I think most people that leave a bad review for this company might just have a difficult time understanding the platform to get the customer service they need. I personally love it and have had no problem. I send in a request for medication on a Sunday night, get a response the next morning, and my meds came on Wednesday. I absolutely LOVE and admire this company. It makes staying safe super simple and the ladies I've had the pleasure of speaking with have been nothing but kind and knowledgeable. Take a moment, check it out or try it out. It takes a minute to get used to the platform, but it's such a great company to work with.

I am so happy with 28 health I received my birth control and the day after pill and it didn't take long for it to show up at my door I didn't have to go to the store and they accepted my insurance

I originally came from The Pill Club and had to transition to Twentyeight Health since it closed down but the staff at Twentyeight has been nothing but helpful and informative to me! i have the basic plan which doesn't include doctor consultation or the ability to change prescriptions but if i stick with my current prescription and have no issues then i'm good to go! Nicole has been helpful with changing my pharmacy since my insurance doesn't cover delivery with their pharmacy, so i have it changed to be picked up at my pharmacy instead. I appreciate their time and efforts!

If you'd like to remain on the Basic Care Plan, you can always upgrade to Standard for just one month at $12.99 when it's time to renew your prescription. This option actually makes renewal lower cost than our previous 'annual evaluation fee' ($26) as well as many of our competitors! So grateful for this company! I couldn't see the same doctor anymore once I turned 26 and aged out of my parent's insurance, but this was so much easier than finding a new OBGYN. Plus I didn't have to deal with long appointment waits!

I don’t have a car so it’s expensive and stressful for me to go to appointments and the pharmacy. It was a huge relief to have a years supply delivered and covered by my insurance, so I was all set for the full year. The doctor was kind and approachable!

I love using Twentyeight Health. I never had a problem with them! They always send me prescription on time and always inform me when they're on their way. Every time I live chat they answer pretty quickly!

Despite Seeing The Reviews Here, I Had A Great Experience With Twentyeight I Needed Birth Control And Couldn’t Get In To See A GYN The Process Was Super Easy My Insurance Gave A Problem Which I Figured Would Happen But They Fixed It For Me I Never Did Delivery Service Before Them So They Still Called It In To A Local Pharmacy Where I Picked It Up And Then Waited For My 90Day Supply To Arrive And It’s Never Missed Ever Since Or Been An Issue I Would Recommend This To Anyone Who Wants Easy Birth Control Delivered At Their Door!

I would leave NEGATIVE stars if I could. I am begging you not to use this service. Their yearly cost went up (no exaggeration) 6 times what it used to be this year. They have purposely given me the wrong medication and told me to change it I need to pay them a fee. They have also IGNORED all emails and texts I’ve sent in regards to canceling my subscription. Horrible company.
