I have been using this site for a very long time. When I requested a change from the pill to the patch, I was told that I have to upgrade my subscription in order to request a change in my prescription. In my opinion, that's insane. If you ever have a problem with your brand, you have to pay 4x extra just to switch to something else. When I stated I would be cancelling my subscription and would like to leave a review, the representative repetitively ignored me. Luckily I did some digging and found the review page on my own. No one should ever have to pass a paywall just to switch brands. What a ridiculous concept.
