Ken was amazing and helped me through any questions or concerns i had when using Twentyeight my prescription also came super quick it took 2 days from the day it was prescribed!!!

I’ve personally had nothing but kind and quick help from everyone who works here. A request to help open my account was quickly responded to, an issue I encountered with the website was quickly fixed right after I reported it (and they kept me updated). The shipping was great, and I had an ok time with my doctors and felt listened to. Customer service is super kind and understanding.

I've been using Simple Health/Twentyeight Health for many years now. Following their transition from Simple Health to Twentyeight Health was extremely seamless—no annoying changes I've had to deal with. Their customer service is always friendly and helpful. I haven't had any problems receiving my medication.

The customer service response time is fairly quick and issues or concerns are resolved fast. I know this because when I had an issue, Marilu, responded to my inquiries fast. The prices for items are reasonable and delivery time is usually 2 to 3 business days, which is not bad. So far I have not had any issues or problems since I been using Twentyeight Health.

I was a member of Simple Health before it was bought by 28H. My prescription had lapsed so I never signed up with 28H. Over a year later they signed me up for a $12.99 a month subscription plan that I was totally unaware of, using my credit card information from when I had a prescription from Simple Health. I don’t even have an account on their website that I can go on to cancel. I didn’t realize for months, unfortunately. I will be contacting the Texas Attorney General about this fraudulent activity.

They sent me the wrong medication which is a pill I can’t take because it makes me so nauseous. Even though I offered to send the packs back to try and vet the right ones sent with me, their only solution had been that I pay for new ones out of pocket. I pay twentyeight health for a subscription already and now I haven’t had my pills in weeks because they won’t fix their mistake.

Switched from Basic Plan ($0) to Standard plan ($12.99) without customer consent. Opted out, switched back to basic, then suddenly switched again and charged monthly several months later - again, WITHOUT consent.

We recognize that our monthly subscription plan is a big change and truly apologize for any inconvenience. While being on the Standard Care Plan at $12.99/month is required to renew, you can always downgrade back to the Basic Care Plan at $0/month after a new prescription is written so you can continue receiving deliveries at no additional cost. It does sound like there may have been a technical error as we wouldn't expect you to be upgraded to our Standard Care Plan without being informed. I was forced to use them for a short amount of time after The Pill Club closed. They didn't offer service in my state, but I was still automatically transferred over since they might some day. That didn't make any sense to me so I ended my "membership" (it was difficult, but I don't remember specifics). I left a review on another site with my bad experience and they tried to have it removed even though everything I said was accurate to my experience. It was not removed. To this day, SEVERAL YEARS LATER, I still receive spam from them even though I have unsubscribed several dozen times, and have contacted them about this problem too. I now use a cheaper service that actually cares about women's health, is actually offered in my state, and doesn't ONLY care about money.

There should be a ZERO option. Awful awful communication and customer service, and they only respond through text or email. I signed up to receive birth control, and was never messaged with a follow up. I honestly forgot all about this company because of the zero engagement until I saw that I was billed $12.99 for a subscription fee. Keep in mind, I have not even signed in once since signing up so I'm so confused what trial they even offer since no one even contacted me. When I emailed, the person "Jay" was very passive aggressive and said she cannot offer me a refund because I agreed to be charged. Never once have I ever received such terrible customer service from a company, and this is supposed to be some woman liberation "woke" company that's sooo with the times.

They say it’s free but you pay for a subscription like every other place does. So don’t believe that you don’t have to pay anything for birth control. It’s a line of BS.

I apologize for this delay in response, but am happy to help clarify the subscription model we currently offer. At this time we offer two plans: the Standard Care Plan at $12.99/month and the Basic Care Plan at $0/month. The Basic Care Plan allows you to continue receiving your medication refills from our service at no-cost aside from your medication cost, however you would not have 24/7 access to your provider through our service. The only time you would be required to move to the Standard Care Plan is during prescription renewal, as this is not included on the Basic Plan. However, you can renew for just one month; and then switch to the Basic Care Plan afterward. This $12.99 covers the provider’s time to review your medical information and write your new prescription. For more information about our Care Plan options, you can also visit our FAQ page: https://www.twentyeighthealth.com/faq#Subscription-Plans Regarding medication cost, if you have insurance, including Medicaid, we charge no more than your insurance copay for the medications, which is typically $0. If there was a negative number I would give it to them! I've been waiting for my birth control to be delivered for a week and half. All I've been given is emails that are sent out as mass emails to pretend that they're going to help and I've received zero calls zero text zero emails with a result to receiving my prescription this company is the worst at customer service the worst at being customer friendly because no one answers you don't ever listen or hear a live human on the other end of the phone! Go to another company that doesn't lie, ignore and doesn't care about your health. I have a severe menstrual period that has me bed bound if I don't have my birth control patch.

I have been with Twentyeight Health for about a year now. In that time, I've had multiple questions, needed refills ASAP, gotten emergency contraceptive methods, and so much more. I'm a busy toddler mom that works from home and homeschools, and having my medication sent to me always takes the strain off. If I could get ALL my medications from Twentyeight, I would recommend it. I think most people that leave a bad review for this company might just have a difficult time understanding the platform to get the customer service they need. I personally love it and have had no problem. I send in a request for medication on a Sunday night, get a response the next morning, and my meds came on Wednesday. I absolutely LOVE and admire this company. It makes staying safe super simple and the ladies I've had the pleasure of speaking with have been nothing but kind and knowledgeable. Take a moment, check it out or try it out. It takes a minute to get used to the platform, but it's such a great company to work with.

I am so happy with 28 health I received my birth control and the day after pill and it didn't take long for it to show up at my door I didn't have to go to the store and they accepted my insurance
