For anyone that isn’t sure about giving Twentyeight health a try, you should just go for it! It’s so convenient for anyone who works full time and can’t get into the doctor’s office on the weekend. “I have been a member of TwentyEight Health for the last 4 years. I travel A LOT for work so being able to ship my birth control in multiple packs and not just month to month has been a lifesaver. I'm never "almost running out" and previously my local pharmacy was not good about ordering my birth control prior to running out and inevitably I would be without it for 5-6 days which caused a whole host of issues, as anyone who has been on birth control for any length of time can testify to. TwentyEight health has been amazing about making sure this NEVER happens. They email and touch base if there is a concern or issue and often touch base just to make sure I'm still happy with their service. Recently I went through a HUGE life change & as such there was a miscommunication about my medication dispensing but Marilu handled it quickly, proficiently and professionally. While everyone that I have spoken to in the last 4 years has truly been awesome, Marilu was able to take care of me and followed up to make sure everything had been taken care of. Thank you for taking care of me and being awesome about unexpected changes!!”

“I am overall happy with Twenty Eight pharmacy. I was disappointed when I found out my health insurance does not cover birth control due to my job being a catholic agency, the agency blocked it. 28 pharmacy makes the BC affordable & easy to obtain. The customer care team respond quickly. Leila was the last person to help me, very caring and helpful. The only thing I don’t like is the prices for some of the over the counter products.”

“I have been using this site for a very long time. When I requested a change from the pill to the patch, I was told that I have to upgrade my subscription in order to request a change in my prescription. In my opinion, that's insane. If you ever have a problem with your brand, you have to pay 4x extra just to switch to something else. When I stated I would be cancelling my subscription and would like to leave a review, the representative repetitively ignored me. Luckily I did some digging and found the review page on my own. No one should ever have to pass a paywall just to switch brands. What a ridiculous concept.”

We aim to be as transparent as possible when it comes to the out of pocket costs associated with using our service, and I truly apologize for any inconvenience or frustration regarding the brand change process. I hope I can provide additional context and best assist.
I can clarify that the $12.99 fee covers the provider's time to review your information and write a new prescription, if eligible. However, we definitely don't want pricing to be a barrier to anyone accessing the care they need. We are always glad to help to the best of our ability in the event this fee is prohibitive to continuity of your care.
Your initial conversation was escalated to our Escalations Department by my colleague so we could further review and assist. This can cause an additional 12-24 hour response time, depending on volume. We truly apologize for any delay but appreciate your patience.
