Daniela from Care Team was able to identify all my questions in one setting and made the whole process really efficient. “I have been a member of TwentyEight Health for the last 4 years. I travel A LOT for work so being able to ship my birth control in multiple packs and not just month to month has been a lifesaver. I'm never "almost running out" and previously my local pharmacy was not good about ordering my birth control prior to running out and inevitably I would be without it for 5-6 days which caused a whole host of issues, as anyone who has been on birth control for any length of time can testify to. TwentyEight health has been amazing about making sure this NEVER happens. They email and touch base if there is a concern or issue and often touch base just to make sure I'm still happy with their service. Recently I went through a HUGE life change & as such there was a miscommunication about my medication dispensing but Marilu handled it quickly, proficiently and professionally. While everyone that I have spoken to in the last 4 years has truly been awesome, Marilu was able to take care of me and followed up to make sure everything had been taken care of. Thank you for taking care of me and being awesome about unexpected changes!!”
