I enjoy having the convenience to get my pills online vs having to go to the doctor, but the first time around I asked them if I could be switched back to a combination pill as the symptoms for progesterone only pill are horrible l. they said yes and I confirmed that the change was made be made. They said I should have it in a week. Got it, same brand as before. I messaged the Dr and customer service, asked them to make the correction and to send the new pills out asap. They said June 28. Welp it's July now and I never got my new order. Here's to at least another month of bleeding and fatigue and breakouts everyday 🙃. Do they not have a database? I don't get it. They have, however responded pretty fast to me the first time, hopefully will get good response time for this time.”
