When my old birth control provider was going out of business, I was referred to Twentyeight Health to continue helping me with my birth control needs. I've been so happy since as I always have received my birth control before running out, and it's really easy to check the status of when I will receive my next set of packs. Whenever I have an issue, the support team is always able to answer my questions right away, and if I need to send an email instead, they respond back as soon as they are online again. Most recently I was worried about an issue with my bc coming later than usual, and Mel was able to help me get more information on my order and reassure me that it was going to arrive on time - which it did!
