While customer service is good and responsive, shipping and delivery seems to be incredibly slow. I was moved to twenty eight health from simple health which was much better. I sent in an order for a bc ring in august and still haven’t gotten any delivery or tracking info in december. Normally I wouldn’t mind as I understand they’re busy but i think that birth control and sexual health meds are important to have on time or at least let users now that wait times can take more than half a year to process
