I have used twentyeight health for a few years and have never had an issue. They are upfront about the price and how to get a refund and return a product. During my recent customer service experience Ana was pleasant and helpful. I needed to transfer my prescription, which I thought would take a while. She got it transfered in just a few moments which allowed for no interruptions to my medication. she was very efficient and helpful.
