I'm giving 4 stars because the service amounts to its word. However, as Twiends does not promise likes/hearts, it would be nice to see those who newly follow you from this service, to be a bit more relative to the audience you are targeting and that the follows would show some kind of action of retweeting and/or likes. The fact that there is no action on on my tweets from the new followers seems to be a bit odd. But as I said, the promise is delivered to get you real and timely followers.
