Interesting app. Not sure how it will do long-term, but indeed I got some 15 new followers in the first night, so I can confirm that worked. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 mostly cause the country-specific targeting practically cut off any new followers (wanted to only have followers from the EU, even that was to narrow). So if you want to get any, random followers, I guess it works, but if you want to narrow them in any way (also tried by topics), then you'll be lucky to get any.
