In my new mum, sleep induced state, unbeknownst to me, I accidentally activated a second Twinkl account using an email address with a typo in it. It has taken me 8 months to realise I have been paying twice a month for my subscription. Within minutes of me sending off an email enquiry to Twinkl about it, they contacted me, saw what the problem was and have offered to credit me the 8 months subscription fees onto the account I do actually use regularly. The mistake was 100% my own however they offered right away to essentially give me my money back. I am so thrilled and very grateful. What a wonderful ethic this company has, they really look out for teachers. Thank you Twinkl!
