I am not usually a fan of helpdesk chat boxes, however, the Twinkl assistant, Rachel, was absolutely great: patient with an old technophobe (me), so knowledgeable and talked me through the process of sorting my account back out, without me having a meltdown! Seriously, we all know how useful Twinkl can be, but I'd never realised just how helpful and friendly one of these helpdesk chat things could be1 Well done and many thanks, Rachel, and well done Twinkl!
