I encountered an issue saving and downloading some resources that I had created. I contacted the twinkl support team via email. I received an immediate reply from Georgia. She went above and beyond to help me! When I opened my inbox, I couldn't believe that she had taken the time to download and forward every resource that I had difficulty opening! Thanks to Georgia, this technical issue did not impact on my work.
