I have found the customer service second to none. Twinkl told me they would suspend my account during lockdown and add 6 months when I started using the site again. They have been true to their word. I have not been in gainful employment since last October and as a Supply Teacher …this has been a great help. Really appreciate it. Thank you Twinkl!
